This hotel was such a great find for my weekend getaway! the staff were so friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. the rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a good night's sleep. Plus, the complementary breakfast was cooked fresh every morning which was a perfect start to my day. Lastly, the location of the hotel was great, with free parking and easy access at any time of the day or night.
The hotel's location wasn't the most exciting and there wasn't much to do in the immediate area. the hotel lacked fridge/minibar inside the room which would have been an added convenience.

The hotel's location is practical to get to the city’s center by walking, and also features covered parking for free. the rooms have comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms with functional showers, and modern air conditioning. the staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. the breakfast is good quality and served at the table. the gym is a plus, equipped with modern equipment.
Some of the receptionists may give conflicting information, which can be confusing.

During our stay, we enjoyed the modern feel of this hotel, including the air conditioning which was a relief from the heat outside. We also appreciated the gym, which was well equipped with modern amenities. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and hospitable, always there to help us with whatever we needed. Finally, the free parking was a great convenience for us, allowing us to easily come and go as we needed.

Enjoyed my New Year stay in a hotel located inside a shopping mall with a gym and various restaurants. The staff was great, always ready to help. The freshly cooked complementary breakfast was a plus, as well as the comfortable beds. Free parking and easy access were also a bonus.
It would have been useful to have a minibar/fridge in the room. The quality of the restaurant meals was lower than expected.
